How fast can you fill a role?
Average time-to-hire across past searches is around 32 days; senior engineering and product roles tend to land in 40–60 days end-to-end. Warm-network roles move faster; highly specialised searches (founding engineer at a deep-tech fintech, head-of-platform at a regulated business) take longer.
What's the replacement guarantee?
Per the pricing tiers above: Dedicated Search includes three free replacements, Master Search and Leader Search each include two. The replacement window is 90 days from the candidate joining. Retainer relationships negotiate this further on a per-engagement basis.
Do you do contract-to-hire?
Yes for engineering and product roles, structured as a 90-day evaluation period with a conversion clause at an agreed rate. Less common on senior leadership engagements, where direct-hire is typically faster than contract-to-hire conversion. Fee structure is the same as the corresponding pricing tier; conversion fee is credited if the candidate converts within the evaluation window.
