Mayank Gupta and Priya Sinha Ray are the joint controllers in practice; Mayank is the named contact for incoming requests.
What we collect
We deliberately collect very little:
- Contact form submissions — name, email, message, intent (Build / Hire / Other) when you submit
/contact. Lawful basis: contract performance (replying to your inquiry) and, where applicable, legitimate interest. - Anonymized analytics — page views, clicks, link follows, navigation timing via Google Analytics 4 and PostHog autocapture, only after you accept the Analytics category in the cookie banner. Lawful basis: consent.
- Session replays (optional) — anonymized recordings of page interactions via PostHog session replay, only after you accept the Session replay category separately. Text content and form inputs are masked client-side before transmission. Lawful basis: consent.
- Server logs — IP, user-agent, request path, timestamp. Held for 30 days for security, abuse detection, and rate limiting. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
We do not buy data, sell data, run ads, profile you for advertising, or share data with third parties beyond the processors named below.

None of these receive identifying information except what’s strictly needed to perform their function — Resend sees the email reply you submitted; reCAPTCHA scores your /contact session; GA4 and PostHog only see anonymized interaction data after consent.

Your rights
Under the EU GDPR and India’s DPDPA, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”)

- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent any time without affecting prior lawful processing
To exercise any of these, email mayank@primakor.com. We respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU and dissatisfied with our response, you may complain to your national supervisory authority. If you’re in India, the Data Protection Board of India is the regulator.
Cookies
Detailed list in our Cookie Policy. Cookies are gated behind explicit consent — opening the cookie banner lets you turn analytics + session replay on or off independently. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be opted out of without breaking the site.
Children
Primakor’s website is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, write to mayank@primakor.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when we change processors, retention windows, or data uses. The lastUpdated field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes — new processors, new categories of data, changes to lawful basis — will re-prompt the cookie banner so you can review and consent again.
